About Guardian and Vindicator, well technically it;s not teleportation just he moves really quick that makes it seem like teleportation. Also with Heather having the geothermal suit we don't know if she can do this since it;s a different power source.

Except they're both fundamentally out because of the rules that state no phasing and no teleporting. There is no rule that says "no copying powers".

Gideon's basically the same as adaptoid, only thing he's flesh. If he's allowed only one power at a time, then it's fine by me.
