It doesn't matter what Composite Superman, PC Darkseid, or PC Supes can do. In this thread, if I'm understanding correctly, a 100% full powered Spectre is a Spectre that's been given a direct order by the Presence, at least that how I'm reading it anyway. If so, Spectre could blink them away. But, he'd probably having them sucking their thumbs.

But pre-crisis superman is beyond logic thought so the logical choice might be the wrong choice.
