Superman vs Hulk. I mean the Superman from the 30s, the one that could "leap tall buildings in a single bound (much like the Hulk)" but couldn't fly.

That Superman sucks. He gets his ass kicked. Even by Grey Hulk...

Currently, "Leap tall buildings" Superman would smash Hulk, in probably less than one punch.
We call him Earth 2 Superman.
So in current characterizations of both, Superman wins with one finger.
However, if you're talking about his POWER LEVEL in the 30s, current Hulk should win, except that in the comics he loses to everyone.
