Nate grey returns from the dead to be greeted by venom who is jealous of nate greys greatness. They agree to do battle in the north pole.

LOL Nate Grey uses his TK and grabs Venom and flies him into space and rips him in half like his son Carnage.

Venom's only chance is to be already waiting for him as he is ressurected and brutally stab him 1-3 seconds before Nate could get his game runnin.
