Well depending on how strong baraka is. I am not sure how strong he is. I would have to ask jinzin.

he's displayed strength levels up to and including 100 tons...

in the classic novel he was documented to have lifted an entire temple tower made of stone...

he's up there in the strength department.

they dont have much info about baraka lol.. I think wolverine is more agile.. but maybe barakas blades would hurt more../shrug
