Spider-man has killed before

really? Who?

I don't count Morlun because he wasn't himself the spider had taken over and were still not sure What Morlun really is. He was already killed before so who knows if this is a clone or something else mystical.

He killed a woman when he fought Wolverine in the graveyard.
It was an accident but still a kill. The woman wanted to die so she sneaked from the back on Spidey, his spider sense tingled he thought it was Wolvi , then he turned instinctivly without looking and bang Class 10 punch in the face. Something like that cant remeber everything.

He also killed a magician like bloke called shade. they fought on the astral plan. spidey punched him, shade went flying back and exploded.
