5 Favs from Marvel vs. 5 Favs from DC

Pick your five favourite characters from the two companies, and see how they stack as a team, pitted against the other. Be honest now, about who should win. Heroes only.

My lineup, in random order:

MARVEL
Silver Surfer - Thor - Dr. Strange - Spider Man - Daredevil

DC
Captain Marvel - Superman - Power Girl - Batman - Swamp Thing

Maybe slight Marvel edge, but could be stalemate. I wonder about Swamp Thing's potential versus Strange.

( If it was top six, I would have added Iron Man and Wonder Woman.)

..........MARVEL....... ..............DC.............

Spiderman............. ..........Superman
Nate Grey.............. ..........Nightwing
Silver Surfer.......... ..........Green Lantern
Deadpool............... ..........Flash
Wolverine.............. ..........Batman

sorry its abit of an original line up..

This i think could go either way,

Think MARVEL would edge it.

My case it'sd be street levelers vs . . characters from DC, what more do I need to say?

Interesting thread, Roughrider.

Um....Thor, SS, The Incredible Hulk, Spidey, and Prof X

vs Superman, WW, Batman, GL (Hal) and MM

As far as a victor? Hmm, Marvel baaaarely. S**t, DC perhaps? Who knows. Could come down to whichever telepath is NOT taken out first.

Genis-Vell
Captain America
Hyperion (Supreme Power)
Thor
Deadpool

Vs

Green Lantern (Kyle)
Nightwing
Superman
Flash
Wonder Woman

Edge to DC for having only one street leveler versus two.

marvel team:
Spiderman
Savage Hulk
Silver Surfer
Rune King thor
Cable

DC Team:
Batman
Superman
Green Lantern(Hal)
Flash
Captain Marvel

this would be a goodfight, but Marvel edges out DC in the end

Flash, Green Lantern, Zatanna, Captain Marvel...
Vs.
Iceman, Namor, Daredevil, Multiple Man.....

Hmmm. Wonder who wins.

Thor
Black Bolt
Gladiator

V.

Hal
CM
Orion

Hal exploits Gladiator's weakness.
Thor godblast CM.
Black Bolt screams...everybody's taken out. Black Bolt's the real winner. Black Bolt 6/10.

People can take five - we're getting down to four and three!
And it's not just power vs. power - if your favourites from one company are street level, put them in there.

Marvel: Thanos, Dr. Doom, Ultron, Spider-Man, DareDevil

DC: Nightwing, Flash, Darkseid, Superman, Joker

I guess Flash takes out Spider-Man and DD straight away, and could do damage to Ultron and Doom, while Superman and Darkseid double team Thanos. If Doom could stick around long enough he might help Thanos enough to take out the opposition, but it probably goes to DC, unless Darkseid backstabs Supes and helps Thanos destroy him, giving the victory to Marvel.

Marvel: Thanos, Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, Hulk, Magneto

vs.

DC: Batman, Superman, Flash, Manhunter, Wonderwoman

Marvel Wins.

Silver Surfer takes out Flash.

Thanos toys with Superman.

Strange and Martian Manhunter go at it. Strange edges him out

Hulk distracts Wonderwoman for as long as he can until either Surfer or Thanos feels like helping him.

Magneto destroys Batman.

Marvel Favs:
Spider-Man, Wolverine, Daredevil, Captain America, Quasar

DC Favs:
Batman, Superman, Nightwing, Aquaman, Hawkman

Whoa, i like alot of street levelers. Um...yea. DC team takes this. Superman alone could probably take them. If i subed Supes for another DC fav, Green Arrow 2, then Marvel wins

Silver Surfer,Thor,Beta Ray Bill,Quasar,Captain America,Namor the Sub Mariner,Thanos,Overmind,Morg at full power,Classic Juggernaut

vs

Superman,Wonder Woman,Captain Marvel,Green Lantern,Batman,Aquaman.Darkseid,Martian Manhunter,Doomsday and Lobo

This is what Marvel vs DC should have been.
Silver Surfer vs Superman. Thor vs Wonder Woman. Beta Ray Bill vs Captain Marvel. Quasar vs Green Lantern. Captain America vs Batman and Sub Mariner vs Aquaman Thanos vs Darkseid. Overmind vs Martian Manhunter. Morg at full power vs Doomsday. Classic Juggernaut vs Lobo and a bonus fight Savage Hulk vs Solomon Grundy

Marvel

1. Wolverine
2. Captain America
3. Black Panther
4. Dr. Doom
5. The Thing

DC

1. Green Arrow
2. Batman
3. Superman
4. Animal Man
5. Bane

Yep, DC trounces Marvel pretty bad....

My dad's whining so I should get off the computer.
