Illest Hip-Hop DJ Ever!

I gotta give it to my man, Premier a.k.a Primo. Definetely the best Beat-Maker

He did Nas's first album and countless other's. He's with out a reasonable doubt, Raps Illest DJ.

Even Gangstar once said it on that track "Above the Clouds" with Inspector deck. Where Primo made the beat for the song, too. It was sick.

"Experience the best teacher, thoughts'll spray like street sweepers"

"little daddy's street preacher"

"illustrious feature, narrator you select,"

"accompanied by Deck plus the DJ you respect."

obviously guru's gonna say hes the best, premier's his dj.

im a premo fan too, but he aint the best. top 3 definitely.

1.RZA
2.Dre
3.Premo

there are too many great producers out there

some of the great ones:

Pete Rock, Rza, Kno, Prince Paul, Dan the Automater, Madlib, Stoupe, RJD2, Premier, mcenroe, DJ Shadow, Jay Dilla, Large Professor, Hi-Tek, 9th Wonder, DJ Quik, J-Zone

honestly cant think of any other ones to list, that pretty much sums it up.

oh wait el-p should be in there too.

i also forgot 4th Disciple. great producer 👆

Oh hell yea, Rza.. Damn.. I loved the Wu too. Especially Raekwon's "Only built for Cuban Links", which had of course had some of the sickest beats any album ever had in the 90's ever. Top 10 probably, IMO.

Dre had some ill ass beats too but not hotter than Primo's joints.

Na, man. I think he was being unbiased. I think Guru would've said that even if he never met Primo. Just like mad other rap cats that never collaboed with Primo have said.

i might be wrong, but didnt ghostface do that album?

ok lets do this scientifically

ill do dre's classics you do preem's, ok?

dre:
the chronic
doggystyle
straight outta compton
no one can do it better
the chronic 2001

5 classics, 5 full albums

i dont think i can compare Dre and Premo together. Both are legends, but they have completley different styles.

Na, RZA produced it, made the beats.

Ghostface was just collaberated in it heavily, appropriately and properly.

Ok.

But keep in mind that he's not a lyricist like Dre but if you wanna know what classic albums Primo was apart of here they are, and I think'll you agree that every single album/songs I mention on here you will like.

Illmatic

Ready to Die And that one track on Life after death

Jay'z's Reasonable Doubt

Jeru the Damaja's The Sun Rises in the East (one of my favorite albums)

Mos Def's Black on both sides

I think some of Jada's **** too he even did.

Premo has done tons of classic single tracks.
