No its isn't .... Thats time dilation, it happens when an object approaches the speed of light (See special relativity) .... Warp speed is when you change a section of space by expanding it at the back and contracting it in front, while attached to it. This makes it seem like you are travelling at faster than light speeds, when you are really just moving the locations ! Hyper space is when you enter another dimension to get to another point at F.T.L speeds ! 🙂

Superman is not a 7/7 in speed my god, he is 5/7 in earths atmosphere, in space 6/7 light speed not warp speed. Why Thor has 7/7 because his hammer opens portals to other dimension that's why. Thor is 5/7 in earths atmosphere but he is 6/7 in space traveling 3x the speed of light.
