Music Editor?

There's a song on my computer that's 8 minutes long. 5 minutes of which is just instrumental. I like the song but I can't be bothered with the instrumental part of it. Is there a free music editor out there that I could use to cut the instrumental part out?

Windows movie maker.

Upload it there, then cut off the parts you don't want.
