actually they are class 100, well at least starfire is. she is still labeled as the strongest titan, strength wise.

But anyways since Hippolyta traveled back in time Diana considers her Wonder woman 1 and herself Wonder woman 2 at least that is the way most writers have handled it
Hippolyta basically took over the void of the golden Age Wonder woman continuity.
