genis vel defeated Rune King Thor did he not? he wins sorry boys not even SS is strong enough to take a sky father and RKT is prosumibly even more powerful then Odin.

You've gotta be joking, the surfer could trash Skyfathers like they were nothing.

Genis-Vell has nega-bands that allow him to augment his strength by absorbing cosmic energy (able to withstand King Thor's Mjolnir throw). He can blast several forms of energy. Genis-Vell can fly at warp speed and has excellent resilience.

If you want to call it that. they really didn't fight.

The writer had Sentry power up as if he were Goku for half the issue while the New avengers were being handed it's ass and he stood there powering up and doing nothing.

sentry continued to power up and Genis took all the energy and the sentry to the micro verse.

couple of panels later the Sentry has stopped trying to talk genis out of fighting and says he's not going to hold back and just when he is about to actually fight Genis teleports him away to the micro verse while Genis returns to fight The New avengers.

Battlefield removal is a viable tactic. Genis was the winner of that fight.

what fight? they talked and played energy patty cake for half the issue. while genis took out Cap while the Sentry did nothing

Whatever you want to call it, Photon came out on top. Genis was left standing while Sentry was trapped in the microverse. All the time we see on this forum that "Superman throws Jobber A to the sun and wins". This is the same principle.

except throwing the sentry into the sun really isn't going to kill him. Neither is putting him in the Micro verse were he'll just find his way out.

Why The sentry didn't just speed blitz him and get it over with quick is strange. From what I've seen in his Mini he doesn't have time to waist on superhero fights. He takes out the guy quick so he can get to other important things like saving some miners in Russia or saving an Island's inhabitants from a volcano thats about to erupt.
