I would say that Terminator. He is almost invulnerable, and he got the best weaponry.

Not asked, but I think that Alien and Predator would be killed first. Theyre good too, but just flesh and bones. They wouldn´t have a chance against machines. Robocop isn´t actually machine, but well shielded, as I know...
