Night Terror (Soul Calibur 3) vs Jinpachi Mishima (Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection)

Two of my favourite namo fighting bosses clash, both posess phenominal demonic power and both are seemingly immortal. How do you think this will go down?

Night has weapon, so I'll side with him in close combat, but Jinpachi has long range attacks, making this match even for me, until I here someone esles oppion.

Night has a number of projectiles too, but he cannot recover health like Jinpachi can.

I think that NightTerror would win this... Mostly because Jinpachi´s "basic"attacks (kicks, punches) are not too long range, like NightTerror´s blade slashes. He is also more durable in SoulCalibur 3 than Jinpachi in Tekken 5. Or at least he is harder to defeat for me.
