On average Cosmic Hulk should win, but Superman is a slippery one, and could possibly end up tornado punching, and laser assaulting it until it broke. Fighting toe to toe, Superman most likely goes down.

Cosmic hulk can also shoot laser out his eyes and can fly.

its a robot.. supes wouldnt care and would trash it almost immediately..

he combo's to ko robots..
