Story: Once a completely normal person from the Middle of England until he met someone who claimed to be from another planet, he didn't beleive him at first until the person took him there using teleportation and gave him all the abilities of his people(The Chibi people) but was given a side effect, he had to share his body with two other spirits one good, one bad, he took it and lived on the other planet for a few years, but after awhile he found his way to earth using a magic meteor. For a long time he worked with the titans, but then left for his home planet in need for a rest. Now he fears the worst for earth after he had visions in his sleep of earth in ruins, he has this time teleported himself to earth to find Jacope or any of the Titans and help them defeat this threat

They both went there seperate ways both tired takin over the universe. motat failed as he teamed up wit Jacope X's evil clone Jackal But motar died. moufang is left tryin to take over planets and realms being more succesful. He made a team of people to help him like Elfen, Chemical, the super human, and he also had his own army takin them over from other planets. He had so much power. his next goal is to take over the universe and Defeat all that is good to make it all his. Jacope X and Jacope II will fight him one last time
