absorbing man gets tricked into turning into gas or paper and loses.

That's probably how it'd end up, but...

Absorbing Man SHOULD win. He absorbs one blast and out-Radioactive-Mans Radioactive Man. Or he just goes and absorbs steel and physically overpowers him. Either should be fine.
