I got good news and bad news...

the bad news is Cyber Ninja. I'm sorry i cannot give you the win. it's a nice attempt. Reasons why your sig didn't win. The background didn't really suit the image, although i could see you were trying to match the color sceme., and there's too much head space. i also notice the guy was a bit streached but since you just using paint, i have chose to exclude that from my decision making. you still came up short.
maybe you should get better software 😬

Good news is Lana won, (well it's good news for Lana 😛)
The colour scheme was nicely chosen. it suits the image. The background enhances the characteristics of the image.

btw i think i see some guy wearing a top hat in the background of lana's sig 😖
