Kate aleady knew that Death could phase through her blows, so she wondered how this was going to go. She decided to sstart with a charged kick and ran at him, full speed and did a running roundhouse kick to Death.

death, instead of going eretheral, simply dodged the blow..

Almost right after the kick, Kate puched the ground in an attempt to make a second strike to Death. She was fast but Death appeared to be faster, so she would have to use her mind and natural skills as well as her powers to so much as hit Death.

death jumped to avoid the attackand then suddenly teleported to the side..

"Hmm...looks like that plan was a little obvious, I'll just have to wing it." Kate flipped into the air in a combo style from her previous attack and then threw a punch at Death the minute she landed.

Kate quickly spung around and attacked Death again while he was in the middle of dodging her previous attack.

death felt the hit just nick his chin..he knocked kate back with a TK blast.."well done..it took my son a week longer..but then again, he was only 12"..

Kate felt her attack clip Deaths chin just moments before being blasted away with the TK blast, she landed on her feet professionaly and said, "You're quite an opponent. For a minute there I thought I wasn't even going to touch you. Did you know Ice?"

"know him?? i see him nearly every day" death said, pointing the the general direction of heaven.."i live up there-"
"oh here we go, the old man's rant about his mansion in heaven, comming right up" john said, sarcasticly...
"give me a break, boy, its a good mansion.."
"yes, a couple of curtains and a decent paint job away from becoming slightly remarkable"

Kate had ignored their argument and said, "So tell me, how did one of the best heroes in the world die? I'm curious to know, because I've heard story after story and I just would like to know the truth about his death."

Kate looked down in sorrow and slight pride. "So, he died just like he lived, as one of the greatest heroes in the world. I see. I'm nothing like him though, for all you know, you could be training the wrong side Death. Assuming you're on the side of good."
