Sam turned around and saw that Cat had left. "I should stop day dreaming." He told himself as he jumped out the window, forgetting to take his armor and swords. Sam moved quickly to find Cat and saw her talking to someone who looked like Jacope only older. Sam walked over to them quietly.

Sam felt the hair on the back of his neck stand up. "Cat... we should get out of here... Somethings wrong." Sam said quietly as he looked over his shoulder.

Sam followed Cat quickly hoping they would get away from the danger quickly. Sam heard a snap sound and used his lightning fast reflexes to catch an arrow that would have hit Cat. "Look out!" Sam shouted as he put his arms around Cat and let five other arrows hit him in the back. Sam didn't show his pain, in stead he turned around and looked up at the person who attacked them.

Sam saw someone jump down from a building across the street and slowly walked toward them. "Do not harbor that criminal young one... if you do I will have to deal with you the same way." Said the strange man.

Sam reached for his sword but remembered that he left them at Cat's house with his armor. "I will protect her... she is my friend." Sam said, walking to meet the strange man.

The stranger nodded and pulled another arrow from his quiver. "Then you are to face the wrath of The Bowman." He said as he shot another arrow at Sam. Sam was to distracted by pain from the other arrows to catch the one that was just fired at him. Sam stumbled back from the arrow, but continued to walk forward.
