The younger ones if we are talling about them from the future
The older ones if we are talking about the present.

Bruce would probably school Tim unless Tim whipped out a gun and shot him in the face. Kon-El's TK would give him an advantage over Kal-El. I'd say Tim and Connor 6/10.

If Tim beat his older self then Bruce would smack Batman Tim Drake around like nothing.

Ya know I just remembered something that Superman ( Kon-el) Could not block heat vision with his shield so if Superman does a wide spread heatvision he would actually be able to kill Kon-el that way.
