So I'm thinking of learning the Guitar...

Sounds nice, but there are other ways as well. I have a nice book called "Guitar playing for complete Idiots" 😮 But it actually teaches you a lot, and it was at the library so it didn't cost a thing.

And as for strings and amps and tuners, you can get them real cheap http://www.fqms.com/ . That is first quality music.
All this should be cheaper than getting the Estabon stuff 😬

I have learned how to play on a book, and first quality music is actually really cheap. What size of guitar are you planning, or have already gotten? On FQM they give you certain string weights, which depends on you guitar size.

Brand name doesn't make it different from anything else, even if it comes directly from a famous guitar player 😛
You can get good quality things for a much lower price 😉
