my theory diva : Mystique, disguised as Beast, gets acess to the curing source, Leech. BUT, somehow she's captured by the government and is taken to the truck. Magneto goes there and saves her, so she says to him "The source of the cure is a mutant". Why she's not with the Brotherhood Army, i have no clue...

lol if u look she is in the whyt room where leech is kept and where u see beast near leech so maybe they are showing her the potential affects
