NO. WRONG. Superman has travelled off panel to worlds rediculously far away. Never explained on Panel how he didn't age to death. We must assume he was going hyperspeeds. And Takion travels to the center of the universe under his own power. Two characters who both give surfer a run.

Indeed. Put him in the top tier, but certainly not above the likes of the Surfer. 😉.
