I've never been abducted unfortunately but I have however seen two shapes come out of my wall once when I was young.
The wall turned red and two black shapes came walking forward while I was laying in bed. When I broke out of the shock and turned on the light, there was nothing to be seen anymore.

I guess I shouldn't have turned my back on them and turned on the light to see them, otherwise they'd probably have done cool stuff with me.

On a serious note, i have ACTUALLY seen a UFO. I'm not a lier either, i don't like liers, i was with 3 others at the time, and i also have over 20 minutes of video footage of the event. I told a few guys at my work, and they wanted to see the video - as they at first thought i was joking, they are pure sceptics, however after they watched it, even they couldn't come up with any logical explanation of what it was.

I once looked outside and thought I see an alien warship...there were lights glowing and cycling on the cloudy sky...I alerted my neighbour and we watched it...then we realised it were security long distance spotlights...darn...all our fun had been spoiled.
