Isn't there A way to Subscribe to threads without having the e-mail notifications?

Eg: Clicking On "Profile" (top menus) Shows the threads people ahve replied to (which you replied to)

But you do not get the e-mails sent?

Yeah, I wondered about that. Given, it was when I first registered here, but I've stopped subscribing to threads because of email notification. I'd like to know if there is a way to avoid notifications.

When you subscribe to threads now it asks you if you want notification emails.
