Yes and no, but he can make an invisble electromagnetic wall that can ...oh here is the scan. Northstar's cruzing speed is mach 10, and his full potential is 99% the speed of light. He has been shown to run mach 18.7 as well as fly at escape velocities [mach 32.7]

The "teleportation trick" reaches speeds of 18.5 miles per second. Escape velocity [mach 32.7] is 7 miles per second, so he [or Heather] is faster than mach 32.7...double it.

I guess after looking at those scans mungi guardian can speed blitz ironman and with the enhanced strength he has that should put ironman down. If guardian has any where near the magntic strenth of magneto then it shouldn't matter how demagnitized ironman is now because if he's alive and uses energy then he's will always have some kind of a magnitic field for mac to manipulat.
is iron man turning off the other guy's megntic suit ablites. That's something I didn't know ironman could do. I new he also had megntic powers just not to the extend of guardian. I didn't know he could shut them off. I'm still going to give guardian a slight edge cause of his speed and the fact that alpha flight gets craped on all the time. so like 5.5 out of 10.

I doubt Iron Man could just shut off his power, since Mac actually taps into the electromagnetic field and even Mangeto commented the suits has a very strong EM field. Iron Man would have to pull a PIS to do something like that.
