Personally, I do believe that the apocalypse is coming, but I know it won't be a big day of destruction or some huge meteor shower or anything. Remember, in Greek "apocalypse" means revelation. In the scriptures it says that two prophets will be slain in Jerusalem. Three days later, they'll become ressurected and walk on the earth. At that point Jesus will appear and everyone will know that the gospel is true. Afterwards, the powers of Satan will cease to exist.
No, Revelation is in accordance with Jesus according to the church meaning "To be known and knowing, A revelation to him..meaning Truth of him" ...The apocalypse has been in waiting for 2000 millennial..It was even taken more seriously in the year 1000 AD when people were selling all they owned.
And are we waiting for 2 resurrected prophets?...Moses and Elijah????

No, those are not the prophets we're waiting for. And in my religion, we do not know the specific date. If we did, we would just sin until the day before. But we do know it's coming soon. In my religion we have special blessings that tell us about who were before our mortal life, the good things we can accomplish in our mortal lives, and a bit about what God's job is for us. In those blessings it used to be stated whether or not we would live to see the second coming of Christ (the apocalypse), but now, that part's left out. I asked someone about it and they said it's because now it's so close that nearly everyone will see it. I realize that may seem a little strange and new to you, but that's how I know.

I've read stories saying the "GODS" will return and etc...
But the Mayans say the god of civilization will return the serpent it's funny the serpent is in many religions and eschatology. Enki the Sumerian water god is an example Aquarius is a water symbol there's supposed to be some kind of astrology to it interesting stuff though.
