There is a girl like that At my School, A Descendent of the Hibakushi. (her condition is far worse then this one)

She Needs A Guide Dog, but otherwise works as a normal individual.

And That picture of "Rubber Jhonny" is actually a Photoshopped image of 2 balls and a Penis.
