This should be interesting.

I heard with his Star Brand Quasar(protector of the universe)can't die, he'll just restructure himself all the time.

I saw Silver Surfer respect thread, he's amazing,
but I think this a match for him.

Let's have it, who wins?

Quasar has my vote.

SS will kill quasar to powerfuleven though quasar will try to give SS a run for his moneyin the end SS wins.

They fought once. Silver Surfer won, but Quasar let him IIRC.

does Surfer absorb energy constructs?

Was I mistaken when in the Quasar respect thread I saw him beating a Watcher?

That's correct,
and didn't seem like Quasar was defeated at all when he decided to do that.
