My Dog Is Scared.....

Of the Hamster! How do you explain that? The hamster is 10x smaller than her and she still runs whenever I bring it close or it waddles over on the couch to her. Very rarely the dog will approach her just to sniff her butt or to examine her but then quickly run off.
