So basically he is like a marvel doomsday? I think Superboy Prime would take the first couple of fights but then the Fury would adapt and take the rest.

Doomsday is a DC Fury, since Fury came first 😛

If we're talking about the latest version of Fury that was seen in Uncanny X-Men recently, then i'd say Superboy wins.

But the original, who defeated a reality warper, definately takes Superboy.
