Pre-Crisis Superman vs Rune King Thor(with warrior madness)

Alright, it seems pc supes was a god amongst superheroes
so now I'm throwing an insane god at him,
now Thor, not Rune, defeated silver surfer with warrior madness,
as I understand it, King Thor is more powerful than his predecessor
let's give him warrior madness and see how he fares against pc supes now.

Someone is getting killed and it's not Thor............

PC Supes dies a very hard death. Magic was Superman's weakness and RKT has plenty of it.

hmmmm can RKT lock someone out of this universe?

PC Superman wins. He suddenly grabs the Sword of Superman out of nowhere and turns Thor into a fluffy bunny. He than gives the bunny to Jimmy Olsen. Thor suffers nine long years under Jimmy Olsen's zoophilic deviances....

I don't believe Rune King Thor can be in warrior madness. It would cloud his mind, and he needs to be focused to use the wisdom of the runes.
Still, he is a Skyfather-and-a-half - that's enough even for PC Superman, Bugs Bunny creature that he is. 😄

thor wins easily with warrior maddness, king thor can beat precrisis also

RKT would probably fight better without madness since he was mostly fighting hand to hand with it.

With the aid of Batman, or by himself, PC Supes would have developed the Anti RKT magic deflector coating on his cape.

Supes easily has enough in his powerset to win this fight, but it depends on how he approaches the battle.

If he stands there laughing and lets Thor fire some Runic magic his way.... BAMM! Supes is dead....

But if he takes a few thousandths of a second to analyse the situation, realise that Rune King Thor is a powerful magical entity, then react accordingly.... then Supes would win fairly easily.

So if Supes acted as he often did in the comics, he'd lose.

If he acted sensibly - he'd win. 🙂

Didnt Superman have trouble with ordinary guys with spell books in PC days?

ive seen ithe solar system affair once in one of those throw back books but i refused to but it, here is one that can knock your socks off. SBP at work too. towing a bucnh of plaents across the unverse with a giant chain

oh and check the supes vs SS thread to see him close a black hole with his bare hands
