Well, you don't really have scans of him leaving blurrs, typical of certain superspeed characters like Superman and Flash [though WW never really leaves blurrs either, same with Lobo, but both have superspeed]. But if you READ his appearances, you get the idea. When the JLA confronted him, Guy Gardner, tried to confront him and got speedblitzed, Guy said Doomsday was so fast he couldn't think. Later in the same comic, Superman said he had to put everything he had into it to match Doomsday's speed and strength, and numerous times exclaimed at how amazing those attributes about Doomsday were. Booster Gold claimed Doomsday was faster than Flash.
Juntai is right. It's not an aspect of his power that they showcased (like his strength and durability), so much as they stated and had to exist for him to take on Superman and the JLA who has many speedsters.
