LOST is my favorite show on TV at the moment.

I watched it a bit in the first season and was half asleep 15 minutes into the first episode. Sorry, I'll pass yawn Same with Smallville.

Laguna Beach
Real World
Survivor
American Idol (Don't beat the shit out of me)

and most of the other reality/competition shows. But that's just my opinion.
