So what constitutes a proper thread?

Who is the all seeing eye and can he tell me what is wrong with a thread about cell phones. They are just a little bit popular. Or does it have to be worded just right? Am I educated enuff to post here? 😮

The general discussion forum is for serious, debate or discussions. The Off Topic Forum (where your thread was moved) is for more silly and light hearted topics.
