It's not only the brushes thought. At the beginning, as you see on page 1, I just clicked on a few brushes. But later you start realizing stuff.
Alot of proffesional sig makers say that Brushing is n00b stuff, but I don't agree. A person needs skill to brush correctly, to make it visually attractive.

Yeah, I suck at the font. I think i'll try to use a clipping mask on my font with a 1 pix black stroke on it on my next sig 😉

i think your right on that brushing thing, depending on the program using filters can only go so far
i sorta like your recent few, but try to brighten parts down a bit, some cases really bright in parts and dark in others, try to keep away from that O>O
