When James had shot the guard, Smith fell into a river, and the current threatened to drown him.

But then he spotted a man and an elvin woman in the outskirts of the forest, so he teleported next to them.

Smith grimaced as a small missile plummeted towards them ...

"WHY THE HELL DID THEY FOLLOW US!?" he asked the demon
