IMO I would say Thanos is stronger then Kurse. The thing with Kurse is his invulverabllity that would be the key and needs to be overcome. However, being that thanos has cosmic powers I think that would allow him to become aware of what is needed to put him down.

i brought it up because once a long time past, i debated against someone who was steadfast in his belief that thanos was 1000x stronger than SUPERMAN. so i was curious what people thought about the relative levels of strength of thor and thanos.

Let me ask you something Trick cause I'm really curious about your stance... Do you believe Galactus or Tyrant can scan or a weakness or exercise cosmic awareness as SS displayed against Glads? As I brought up before I have yet to see Galactus from all the comics I've read do this and nobody came forth when I brought this up before. So, just because he hasn't displayed this ability I think its safe to say he can don't you think being that hes given only a fraction of his power to SS. Yet your saying this ability must be displayed or they don't have it?

No SS said very clearly that he could scan Glads for a weakness and exploit it to beat him. What I'm asking for is being that Galactus has never that I know of on panel scanned for a weakness and used it to beat an enemy or even make the threat to are we supposed to believe he can't?

Yeah. He just requires an unreasonable amount of energy to put down. Energizer had to drain both Stormbreaker AND Mjolnir. And that only knocked him out. Doesn't seem like the kind of energy Thanos possesses.

I think Thanos is still stronger than Kurse, but not strong enough to put him down decisively in only a H2H match. It's not that big of a gap by any stretch.
