and yes...that qualy system was quite efficient. as long as they wouldn't have special qualy cars....oh well..who knows.

regardless....as i heard...there wasn't a clause stating you actually CAN'T change it between races. so the 10 spots on the grid penalty doesn't technically apply 😉....they're gonna have to make an amendment

The rule is that they have to use the same engine for 2 races, everyone can take the same penalty and move 10 places down the grid if they wish to change theirs - so not just BAR could take advantage.

yes..last i heard, minardi was still recovering after realising that they bought 500 cc motorcycle engines instead. apparently it's not as efficient ..hmmm.

yeah..clarified the problem now.
fia rules stated that one CAN in fact change the engines to a car should that car fail to finish. bar pulled their cars from the race a lap before the finish...to exploit that rule 😉
and now...fia is issuing a modification, setting a distinction between failing to finish and choosing not to finish 😉....
these rules are getting more and more ridiculous if you ask me.....it's such a circus

i still insist that they set the one hour qualifying thing in which a person is allowed2do 4 laps who agrees with me

i like that system also....however...the current engine rules make that system impossible.
