Jenson Button had a rather heavy crash during the free sessions in Monaco.

He lost control on the fastest piece of the track, where he hit the rails at a speed of around 300km/h, it took the people ten minutes to free him, he was taken to the hospital

guess dexx didn't had time to come online to let me point at him for McLaren's great laptimes and Williams their even better ones 😄

there was no duel between raikonen and montoya! his idea was to let schumi get closer by so he and raikonen had to fight for second place while he could get away free

yeah...right. They were close enough to consider it a duel.
And i do mean ralph. He almost slamed into a wall. But he breaked and managed to stop.

and NO! it wasn't a duel! he deliberatly went slow in order for shumi to catch them so kimi would have to fight for second place!

umm...he didn't seem to be going slow to me. And that would be too much of a risky situation.....why would he want schummy behind him instead of kimi? And why would schumy stop at kimi when he can go for the first place? And two pilots fighting behind him wouldn't actually make them slower. they'd both hurry not to be caught...montoya would be caught also.

or you think Schumi is THAT good that he can go from 11 seconds behind to 2?
you can barely take over in monaco and with schumi behind kimmi, the fin knew schumi would try and take over because if it happened schumi would gain two points on kimmi (is he then the first too or still second with only a point or two behind?)
and THEY would duel, and at that point montoya could profit more from it and hope for a crash of the two

that's a little fan fiction there....(a lot actually) doesn't matter anyway...it didn't happen. kimi's still in the lead, by 4 points now. Mclaren went back first in constructors by 3 points (i think)
AND kimi got the fastest lap.....i dunno if it's the record also...1:14:578 if i remember correctly.

so, it doesn't bother you that schumi got close and if there were two (at max) more rounds he would be on kimmi and with a take-over he would become first in the championship for drivers?

I totally missed todays race (gutted about that to), I love Monaco as well. 🙁

I pointed out you CAN do take overs and at these stakes schumi WOULD have done it!

i am aware that take overs are possible on the track but schummy wasn't exactly up against a minardi. I bet he couldn't have taken him.
