The shoes do not only increase her running speed but they also increae her over all speed aswell. So she can get a lot of punches off in a short period of time.

well for one thing thats Wonder Girl's bio not Artimes'

Also from wikipedia it says that "The Sandals of Hermes which gave the gift of speed and flight"
Also hippolyta used them when she was Wonder Woman and she had good speed and strength.
also Wondergirl has shown to be very strong

good examples of this are in teen titans vol 3 issue 25 where she beat a superman robot, and in outsiders 25 when she held her own against Superboy

also in outsiders #25 wondegirl took two blasts to the back from Lex luthors batle suit.

speed and flight.... Nova (Richard Rider) was given speed and flight as well.... but not superspeed reactions like you're describing

i'm not questioning the strength or anything else.... just the ability to attack at Quicksilver-type speeds

A) It can teleport the user anywhere it desires. However the user must have willpower to use it correctly. (Which is why Cassie couldn't do it) Artemis was able to use it to teleport in and out of Hell as Requiem.
