As I said in the Spidey vs Chun Li thread, Capcom has characters that could hang with Marvel's mid to upper tier, but they have no one that could match the guys at the top of Marvel's Cosmic Hierchy. Folks like Living Tribunal, Eternity, Infinity, and Chaos could casually wipe aside the top tier from Capcom's universe. They are universe and multiverse busters. Characters like Pyron (planet-buster) simply cannot compare.
I thought I should mention that Jedah does not create other universes, but other dimensions. There's a big difference. Creating another dimension is "easy". Franklin Richards and the Scarlet Witch can do it. Ruler of the underworld? Mephisto rules the underworld too, and he's nowhere near the top of Marvel's Hierchy.

in fact i think it would be close but i think that pyron CAN defeat them. they are immortal.

Tier 4 characters can lay waste to entire armies. Destroying an army isn't that impressive.
The Living Tribunal has the ability to destroy and recreate the multiverse (all universes and dimensions) in an instant with a single thought. Jedah doesn't even come close to that kind of power. 🙂
