The Most Powerful Mind in Comics?

who, aside from beings such as the watchers and the guardians, is the most powerful psionic being in comics? include not only raw power but versatility, ie telepathy, telekinesis, matter manipulation, ___kinesis (therma, electro, hydro, etc.)

i nominate exodus and cable/nate as being pretty high on the list.

I would put Despero up there as well.....Although some might disagree with me.
