Yeah when he finally opened it, but if you go by the strongest showing of Optimus you might as well allow Jeffries to alter Prime or blow off a nuclear explosion or control the Transformers to attack Optimus.

I'm going by the marvel class, where 100 class means he could lift more than 100 tons.
