I do give her stuff when I feel like it, but Valentines day is a special day to show just how much you love someone in any way you want.

Valentine's day is the "Celebration" of the BLOODY killing of Saint Valentines, a Christien, killed by the Romains.

whoa, I didnt know that. But to me, its still just a time to show someone how much they mean to you, but I'm not saying I couldnt do it on any other day, I'm saying that this is just a day meant for that(well, not really since whatever his face was killed whenever ago).
Of course I show my girlfriend that I love her on any day, but to me it just seems special on valentines day.
