cap should be able to bench 1400lbs-1500lbs at most as he is reffered to as strong as 10 (assuming and average 5ft9/10 male at prime can press roughly 60-70kg ) cap can do say 650kg which is over half a ton and is 1433lbs

No its not Cap is enhanced he took the SSS. Did you know there are scans fo Cap doing reps with 1100lbs.

agreed bio's are crap but this has a greater number of categorries and i belive the strength thing whith cap being in peak is wrong(my mistake whcih i mentioned a page back) , cap posses teh srtrength of ten men :but i beilve cap could bench around 1400lbs-1500lbs at the most assuming that it is an average 5ft9/5ft10 male coudl press about 65kg(whcih is still quite high)

Thats correct but im pretty sure in the trading cards from 1993 Cap was listed as having a strength level of 3 thats 1 ton strengh.

Under duress Cap can lift at most 2 tons, but I have seen some sources list him at 1 ton.

Well this is the thing. Cap has been seen doing reps with 1100lbs. We dont know for certain but he probably was doing 10 reps. Hercules gave me a calculator which worked out that if you can do 10 reps of 1100lbs you should be able to do 1 rep of 1500lbs.

Remember Cap was not even out of breath and straight afterwards proceeded to do Gymanstics. Lets put it this way Cap could probably lift pretty close to 1 ton even if hes not under duress.

That's the thing, if you rate Cap by the marvel levels by feats, he'd be;

Above Normal intelligence.

Enhanced Human strength.

Enhanced Human speed.

No Flight speed.

No idea about Water speed.

Enhanced Human Stamina.

Enhanced Human Durability.

Enhanced Human Agility.

Enhanced Human Reflexes.

Yeah and that picture of Cap kicking the Hulk in the face is from an old comic. Its twice that fight has been refered to. Its just goes to show that Cap can at least hurt the Hulk.

as much as i respect Captain America that scene of him taking down the Hulk was complete PIS!!!! hE DID IT WITH 3 HITS. If the Hulk could get beat so easily by Cap then he would never have beenn able to go toe to toe with people like the Thing and Thor as he has done over the years
