RESPECT Captain America

This is a Speed feat.
Captain America is cornered by ALOT of armed men while on his motorcyle, they incircle him, and then the Leader shoots a flamethrower, before Cap evades so fast, that they dont even see him jump away, A group of men encircling him, and its like he just vanished, he moved so fast they thought they HAD set him on fire!

Then he Jumps from trees and Thrashes all of the men, including the Super-human leader of the group, in which cap takes his ass to school.

Then the guy gets scared and tries to shoot cap with a flamethrower which cap hits so fast with his shield that the man doesnt even see the shield...so then ofcourse... he does what all outmatched villains do...he looks for hostages.

here a speed feat
Capn jumps into a room filled with 15 men all shooting rounds at him, most with Assualt rifles, he takes them all out, while dodging the bullets.

Damn man, you werent joking when you said you had scans....

Cap kills a man with one punch.

Some shield throwing feats

Cap throws his shield sooo fast he Can hit a Missle that has already launched in the air, and he not only does it cut threw the shackles but cap had good enough aim to still throw his shield and hit his target flawlessly

Cap Throws his shield so fast that it BEATS assualt rifle bullets to a target

Cap Throws his with his FEET, and cuts his shackles which are behind him

Cap throws his shield threw a Supply Van Slicing it down the middle, threw engine and all.

Cap even deflect MJOLNIR with a shield throw

Intelligence feat

Ok let me explain whats going on here. That golden thing you see Cap wearing is supposed to restrain Skrulls. In other words he is wearing a device that is used to restrain shapeshifters. Cap has no shapeshifting powers but still figures a way out of the device. Wolverine outsmarting cap my ***

This is Cap owning Klaw. Im slightly embarrased about the condition of the comic, but hey you can see whats going on...OWNAGE!

Klaw is pretty powerful but Cap beats Klaw up before he can use a powerful attack on him. The scans also verify that Caps shield has vibranium in it.

This is Cap and his shield withstanding an onslaught from Thor. No Thor isn't trying to kill cap but at the sametime he is not trying to go easy on him either. Thor needs to see if the shield is still indestructible before somebody who is trying to kill Cap does! Thor won't be doing Cap any favours by going easy on him.

Integrity feat

This is a cap integrity feat. Let me explain the context. If you look at the top panel it explains how Cap was defeated hundreds of times by a reality warping Korvac. Every time Korvac beat Cap he would send him back in time and let him remember his deafeats. This happened hundreds of times but eventually Cap wore down the godlike Korvac!

To truly understand what makes Captain America who he is its not about his shield or even his fighting ability its about his heart. Cap has such a big and pure heart sometimes this enables him to beat powerful beings where other heroes would fail. Cap is one of the few heroes that can lift Thors hammer and Cap once used Thors hammer to save his life. This is why when the super heroes get together Cap leads them, his intregrity is so great.

Since people seem to think Cap is slow and lacking on speed, heres some speed/ agility feats

Captain America Dodging Blasts from the robots like its nothing.

Capn America actually roles the force of a cuncussive blast.

Captain America Dodging Beams like its crazy, in zero gravity to top it!

Cap still slipping through beams

Cap Dodging a ray gun, while KOing to men at the same time, he moves so fast the man with the gun thinks hes a magicican

Cap moves so fast that these guys barely even see him flip right past them, and they were waiting for him!

Caps such a bad ass even people talk about him...peep what people say about him...

Batroc said Cap was a better fighter than Shang Chi.

As for Daredevil being able to beat Cap....nobody seems to think so...listen to what S.H.I.E.L.D says....

Captain America Vs Spiderman.

This wasnt much of a fight, but Cap does light Spideman the hell up!

Now this fight lasts Longer, Cap handles Spiderman...the only prayer Spidey has is to use his Iron Spidey tentacles...which he no longer has.

Captain America vs Wolverine

Wolverine has the mind of a werewolf, but he tends to fight the same actually...oh well...look. this fight ends in an interference Cap was only hit once the hole fight, then he was pinned, wolverine was gonna slash, but cap was about to block with his shield, and the fight would have continued....look at the damage wolverine takes. if this was any other street leveler theyd be out.

this fight was in Wolverine Origins...it was a pretty EVEN war but,Cap actually won when he got the sword and couldve slashed wolverine in half...then some moron jumps in. But we are only showing to the end of the intial conflict.

And finally all wolverine fans will hate me but i dont care, tell them to go to hell!!!! This one happened in Enemy of the State, hit by Rachel Summers's blast(which he was fine from), been hit by cyclops, and is very cold....but none of that could KO him....and then....WHAM! cap KOes wolvie with one hit.
