Well. I tried my hand at it. Hope this works. Had to reduce the colors a alot more than I wanted to. 1.5 MB is too small of a limit!

Very odd. The speed changes depending on what browser I use to view it...

Man hard to make anything high quality with that 1.5 MB limit. Had to shrink and edit the hell outta this one.
