or like MJ they just feel so horrible inside they might think changing their outer appearance will take away the pain 🙁

Well for some people, no matter how much outer work they get done, it can never help them inside. Because if you're truly ugly inside, aint no amount of surgery gonna help that.

And believe me on that, b/c I know some people who are truly ugly on the inside, and by coincidence happen to be ugly on the outside too.
